ACCESS Application - Help compiler error message

I have inherited an ACCESS application with an application help file which I
need to update. I have updated the topic files and tried to re compile the
help prject file but I continually receive the error message as follows:

HC5011: Error: helptopic.hpj :
Cannot open the file "Help\Welcome.rtf."

I am using Microsoft Help Work Shop v 4.03. I have located all the help
files i.e the project, contents and topic files in one subdirectory and set
the ROOT option in the project file to the folder in which the all files
reside. the "Welcome.rtf" file is definitely there and can be opend manually.

Any Ideas?

Sounds as though it's a problem with the Help file, not with Access.

You may be better off asking in a newsgroup that relates to Help.
