ACWZMAIN.ACCDE compile error

Access 2007

I've used the autoformatting to format some forms in my access project
several time before, but suddenly today Access gives me an error and I
can't find any solution/fixes.

I open a form in design view, click on the "Arrange" tab, and then try
to select a format under the AutoFormat tab.

First a security notice opens that says, that the file "..
\OFFICE12\ACCWIZ\ACWZMAIN.ACCDE" may be unsafe. Although it is weird
that Microsoft doesn't recognize itself, this has happened in the
past, and I just press "open"

Then I get an error message:
"Compile error. in query expression 'IIf(IsNumeric
(tblStyles.StyleName),AppLoadString
(tblStyles.StyleName),tblStyles.StyleName'."

And the formatting is not applied.

Please note that this is not my query..

I've tried opening the "AutoFormat Wizard" and it gives the same sort
of error.

This appears to be the very common References bug. Open any
module in design view, or open the VBA editor by typing
Ctrl-G. Select Tools... References from the menu. One of the
...DLL files required by Access will probably be marked
MISSING. Uncheck it, recheck it, close and open Access
..

If none are MISSING, check any reference; close and open
Access; then uncheck it again. This will force Access to
relink the libraries.

All of a sudden it works again. It didn't work yesterday. Today I
created another new form and tried to apply the AutoFormat expecting
it to cause an error and surprisingly it worked. I've moved the
directory that the .accdb is in, as well as stopped and started the
MySQL service that is providing the linked tables... but neither of
these are new actions. I've done each of them at least once in the
last few weeks, so I don't see that they could be the solution. If I
can discover anything else I will post it.
