Access and voice recognition software

I'm working on an Access XP (2000 format) database with a
switchboard with icons, multiple data entry screens,
reports, etc. We have a disabled employee who works with
the database who needs voice recognition software. Does
anyone have any experience or suggestions for a software
package?

Hi Helen,

We have an employee here that uses voice recognition
software and he loves it. He is currently using:
Dragon Naturally Speaking 7, from ScanSoft.
(www.ScanSoft.com)
I'm not sure if it is compatible with Access (I would
assume it would though, since It works on Word XP)
It is a bit expensive at $200, but comes with a headset +
Microphone and that works fine.
