Access 97 Upgrade 2000 Error In "DoCmd.TransferText acExportFixed"

Hi

I have upgraded our MS Access 97 database to MS access 2000. The following line of code keeps erring out stating, Run-time error '3027' Cannot update. Database or objects is readonly". However, if Irun the same code in MS Access 97 it works fine. Here is the line of code that it keeps erring o

DoCmd.TransferText acExportFixed, "Elec_Feeder", "FEEDER", "\\TSDNTS1rm\rmg\Electric_Recharge\prn_files\peelecy.jvs

I verifed that the Elec_Feeder spec is setup. I even created a new one and tried that with no luck.

By default, recent versions of Access/Jet cannot export text
to files unless the file name has a file extension like
txt
csv
htm

Change the name of the file.
