Access 97 to Access 2002 conversion error

When I open a Access 97 table and try to convert it to Access 2007 I get a
Conversion Error "MSysACEs compaction process has removed any user-level
permissions. "

Make a backup copy and then try compacting it in A97 to see if the
problem already existed in A97.

If that doesn't solve the problem try importing it into a new MDB in
A97 and then convert it.
