ACCESS 97 LIcense error

After installing office 2003 without access
I now have an error saying (no access license on this computer)

This is common when mixing Access 97 with newer versions of Office.
Try this.

This has worked for us on every occasion.

I'm using XP and am getting the license error. I followed the steps, in the aforementioned link, but when I get to the renaming of the font, I don't see the extension. All my screen shows me (and allows me to change) is the word Hatten. How do I change the extension? Thanks in advance
