Access 97 Application under Windows 2003 Server

We would like to use a Access 97 application under the new Windows 2003
Server,
without to convert it to a newer Access Version.

After solving the right-problems with the .ldb's the Access 97 Application
runs so far fine.
But form time to time the application crashs with an send error message box.
(some watson information are shown at the end)

My questions:
- is MS Access 97 compatible with Windows 2003 Server ?
- where could i find more information on these topic (Microsoft) ?
