Access 2010 Form Issue's

Hello Everyone,

I created a primary table that use's look up values from other tables. I created a form for the primary table for user's to enter information. However instead of listing the values in the form, it is listing the AutoNumber generated by the primary key. I have tried to create a query with just the values listed and it still does the same thing when I create a relationship between the two. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've not run into this problem before and can't seem to figure it out.
