Access 2007 will not open/create databases

Hello,

I am having a problem opening access files (.mdb) on my installation of
Access 2007. There are n oerror messages or anything like that, just nothing
happens. I cannot create any new databases. An error message comes up with
that indicating Access cannot download any office templates. My copy of
Office and Windows Vista is legal and activated.

Any ideas?

you may need to add that share to a safe zone, in Internet Explorer--
I think that does the trick
