Access 2007 - error exporting to text files

We have a regular monthly process where we open some tables from data
providers in an Access DB and need to export the table data to a delimited
TEXT file.

Using the export wizard we now encounter the following message using Access
2007:
"The specification xml failed to validate against the schema. There is an
error in the following line of the XML document: ."

Any assistance much appreciated.

Is this problem encountered by anyone else? We have tried this on 3 separate
machines with the same error occurring.

I would have though that this is not an uncommon requirement so initially
doubted that it was a bug. Maybe it is.
