Access 2003

I have an Access 97 database that I would like to convert to Access 2003.
When I go to menu/tools, all I see is spelling under this menu and nothing
else. I am looking for database utilities to convert database. Where did it
go?

Any help would be appreciated..........

Are you doing this in A97 or in A2003? There is obviously no tool in A97 to
convert to A2003, since A2003 (nor 2000, nor 2002) did not exist when it was
written.

To convert an A97 database into 2003, simply open it in 2003 and accept
Access' offer to upgrade it.
