I've been opening our Access mdb / table of products the same way for years,
but this morning it won't open. It shut down normally last evening.

I can see the db in Windows Explorer so I know it's still there.

?????

Can you open Access from Start -> Programs? If so can you then navagate to
the database and open it?

I tried to open it by going to Start-->Programs but the same thing happens.
I.E. The first Access screen opens allowing one to choose what the want to
open. I can see the table I want, select it but it won't open. When I see
the table with Windows Explorer, the time/date reflects that I just opened
it, but it didn't open.

I'm the administrator on this PC. Is there a setting to not allow me to view
the table?

I just did a Detect and Repair, hoping that would help, but it didn't.
