Access 2003 Runtime

I installed an Access 2003 Runtime application onto my Windows 2000
Terminal Server. I can run the application as the Domain
Administrator without any problems. However, when I run it as a
normal user, I get the following Event Log message.

Any ideas?

I didn't do that, but I did use the Add/Remove Programs wizard from Control Panel.

You think that could be it?
