Access 2007 Wizards shut down Access after clicking Finish

Open any database with this installation of Access 2007, click Create, Click
Report Wizard. Program shuts down with
Event ID:1000 / Description: Faulting application msaccess.exe, version
12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b08a47, faulting module igxlui_l.dll, version
8.0.1.0, stamp 3efcca58, debug? 0, fault address 0x000061c7.

Or:

Sometimes you can get all the way through the wizard, but when you click
finish, the same error occurs. Office is completely updated.

JCAxxes,

There were similar problems to this in previous versions when no default
printer was assigned. Do you have a default printer assigned in Windows?
AND when you open Access, can you print a report?
