Unable to Update database

I posted a few days ago regarding this issue, and I am STILL having issues.
Please use as plain of language as possible as I am a complete noob.

I am running Office 2003 on a Vista machine and attempting to update a
database. There are no issues with the database as co-workers are using it
without problems. The person who replied to my last post suggested it was due
to my being on a wireless connection, as this is a known issue with Access. I
am aware of that, and have been attempting to update on a land line with the
same result. It runs the query for a moment or two, but then crashes (not
responding). This is the error report I am given when Access crashes. Any
more ideas?

I have googled AppHangB1 and haven't found anything that seems to apply to
my issue.

If your coworkers are using the same database and are also using Vista, then
it's your computer. It isn't Access. Below are some suggestions starting with
easy and cheap and ending with hard and expensive.

I would have someone check out your computer hardware first. See if there is
problems with the memory or your network connection.

Next I would make sure that your install of Office is fully patched. Go to
Microsoft Update and update everything.

Next it might be time for a support call to Microsoft. They may know of an
easy fix.

If that doesn't work, use Vista's version of System Restore to go back to a
point in time where Access did work.

Failing that, you might need to uninstall Office and reinstall it. Often
it's better to just wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS with a recovery
disk. Then install Office Professional and any other programs.

If that doesn't work, time for a new computer.
