Access 2003 Runtime Rollout, Installing Service pack and Jet version

I am about to rollout an Access 2003 runtime application. I have VSTO 2005
with the Access Developer Extensions. I am going through Allen Brownes site
and he recommends that all users have the latest service packs and Jet 4.
Can I just download SP1 for Office 2003 and use that for the Access Runtime?
and what's the quickest way to check if the user has the latest version of
jet?

You might be able to "slip stream" the O2003 SP1 at the tail end of
the Access runtime. But I'm not at all sure how to do that.

Otherwise the users should be able to run Microsoft Update (not
Windows Update) and get the updates installed.

What I've done is use the various API calls available and am checking
the version number and date/time of a crucial dll, msjetxx.dll, to
ensure it matches what I have on my system. See the Verify
