Access 2003 not linked to Oracle 11g

Access 2003 has been ODBC linked to Oracle 9 on a remote server. The server
has been replaced with Oracle 11g. I can make a File DSN link (through the
ODBC Data Source Admin) and can connect using sqlplus but, Access 2003 will
not make the ODBC connection just returns an Error 7778 (with no msg).

Any ideas?

You may need to check the Oracle website and see if they have an updated
ODBC Driver for 11g.

Yes, that's what I figured, but how is that accomplished? The morass of
Oracle/Microsoft sites is very confusing.
