Access 2003 multiple users entering data

I set up a database in Access 2003 and have 2 users that will be entering
data using a form. Both pull up the first open entry when they are entering
data. When they finish in that record, will it overwrite the one that
finishes "first"?

Are you speaking hypothetically (what happens when this occurs?), or are you
stating that both users see the same record when they open the form?

If the former, see Allen's response.

If the latter, I'll guess that your form is bound to an entire
table/query/recordset, rather than opening "empty" and allowing the user(s)
to select which record to process.
