Access 2003 and reports on PDF format

I have Access 2007 on my laptop which runs on Vista. I was able to downolad a
programme that enables me to save my reports as PDFs and send them to clients.

I also have Acces on my PC but my PC operates with Microsoft XP.
I have not been able to find the same programme mentioned above that allows
me to convert Access (2003) reports into PDF format.

Can anyone help?

Here is one great pdf maker/printer driver.

It is absolutely Free,

And free means no watermarks, no nag screens, no annoying Popup
advertisements, no time limits etc.

It is also very fast, and works very well. I highly recommend it.

The other solution is a "native" system for ms-access. (I like this solution
the best, as you don't even have to install a printer driver.

I don't know whether this will meet your needs - but I discovered the
following link, when I updated the Java installation on my laptop.
Apparently, openoffice is a freeware office suite of programs, and
includes a pdf writer.

There is a zillion free pdf creations and writer programs on the Internet,
and installing a whole humongous office suite just to get some pdf abilities
is really stupid advice here. Furthermore, since this person is already
using office, you make this case even worse since such a install will hijack
file extensions between the two applications, making this problem even more
difficult to deal with.

Furthermore, we are (in case you did not notice) in an ms-access forum, and
that office suite cannot use any of the forms, code, or even reports from
ms-access, and as a result your suggestion offers nothing in the way of a
solution....

For office and access 2007, the pdf ability is a free download from
Microsoft.

For 2003, and previous, a native and free solution that allows one to set
the output name in code, then I suggest Stephens solution here:

The above is nice because you don't even have to install a printer driver.

And, for one of the "many" free pdf creators on the web that will work with
ANY application that prints, I would suggest:
