Access 2003=>2007 form backgrounds

I developed an app in 2003 where all the forms use the Rice Paper background.
I have since upgraded the app to 2007, but cannot find where I can set new
form backgrounds to match the Rice Paper of the old forms. Any
suggestions/hints/advice?
