Access 2000 Wizards won't launch

I'm using Access 2000 with Windows XP Home and none of the table, querry or
report wizards will launch. I've looked at MS knowledge base article ID
242218 and both the acwxmain.mde and the acwztool.mde files are where they
should be.
Thanks for any ideas

Phil,

Delete those two files. Then click re-install Microsoft Access (Microsoft
Office 2000 setup). That will restore a new copy of the files and rebuild
the add-in registries keys:
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Access\Menu
Add-Ins\&Add-In Manager).

1- Go to Add/Remove Programs under Windows' Control Panel.
2- Click on Microsoft Office
3- When selecting, you will see a "Change" button. Click on it.
4- The Microsoft Office 2000 setup program will start running.
5- Select either "Reinstall Office" or "Repair errors on my Office
Installation"

Let us know if that helps

Randy,
I tried your suggestion and unfortunately that did not do it. I then found
another MS Knowledge Base article (303769) which had even more suggestions.
The one that did it for me was removing the small business tools. The
article suggested deleting and reinstalling but since I don't use them
anyway, I just uninstalled, rebooted and my wizards are back.
Thanks allot for taking the time to help. Best wishes for the hollidays.
