Access 2000 vs Access 2007

Is there any problem running programs developed in Access 2000 in Access 2007?
 
Theoretically, an Access 2000 MDE file should work under A2007 just as well
as it does under A2000, assuming that the folder where the MDE reside is a
trusted location and there are no problems with references.
