Access 2000 some help files not showing

I asked thie question before and someone had directed me to MS knowledge
base for the answer. Unfortunately I have to re-instll my Windows and Office
2000 and that I could not recall the question number or the help files need
to copy back from CD. Is there anybody kindly know how or direct me to MS
knowledge database again? Thank you.
