Access 2000 Report Losing Format

Customer has Access 2000 with SP3. The application uses an .MDE to access.
A report is to print on legal forms. The report is defined correctly in the
page setup but loses the setup when the customer tries to print it. I've
created code that would format the report to legal paper but it won't work in
the MDE file.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Nancy:

If I remember correctly, you cannot make changes to the design of a report
or form in a .MDE file. You may want to consider setting the page setup (or
creating a separate report for legal size) in the .MDB file before you
create the .MDE file.

The report is setup in the MDB file as legal with the correct margins. I had
the customer check her PC and the Perform name AutoCorrect option on the
Tools > Options > General tab is not checked. This is a separate report -
the other reports in the application are printed letter size. This
particular report is the only one that loses formatting.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
