access 2000 developer version vs 2002 developer version

Hi

i'm trying (without much success) to find a copy (to purchase) of Access
2000 developer version to enable me to create run-time versions of an access
database.

However, i have come across a copy of Officer ver 2002 developer version for
sale. Does anyone know if i can use this to make access run-time versions
that will work on windows 98 machines - i had a look at the MS site - but
couldn't find a clear answer.

Yes, office 2002 was the last version that will install on a windows 98 box
(only windows 98 SE ).
