Access 2 software

Anyone knows can I get Access 2 for free on the Microsoft website ?
I have a database created by Access 2 and I cannot convert it into Access
2000.

No, Microsoft have never made any version of Access available for free. You
don't say why you are unable to convert to Access 2000, but possibly the KB
