Acces to C:\Documents and Settings

Hello,

"Documents and Settings" no longer exists as a folder in Windows Vista.

This foler has been replaced by the "Users" folder. You will need to use it
from now on.

If you have enabled the showing of operating system files, you will see
something that looks like a folder called "Documents and Settings", but it
actually is NOT a folder and does not contain any files. It is only there to
provide application compatability for some programs.
