Is there anyway to accept or decline a task using Outlook webmail (exchange

How do I do it?
I have a task assigned to me from another user. I went into webmail and it
says that I need to use OUTLOOK to ACCEPT or DECLINE. Is there a setting that
I have to change to make this available?

When you say Webmail, you do mean Outlook Web Access, correct?
