Accept on behalf of someone a invitation

HI all

I have win xppro and exc2003. The GM's secretary asks me a question which i
do not know the answer to. She wants to know if she can accept a invitation
of behalf of the GM which is on honeymoon at the moment. Can this be done
and how do i do this?

She can accept invitations on GM's behalf provided she has the following
'Editor' permission. Go to TOOLS> OPTIONS> DELEGATES tab, let her check
whether her name has been added. Let me know if it didn't work for you.

Thanks Nickolai. The GM is not in the office.On honeymoon (with her laptop)
so i assume i can't do it now - will i have to wait till she returns to add
the PA as a delegate or is there another way to do this
