ac pi bios attempting to write illegal address?

hi, on my error log there are lots of reports that
read "ac pi bios is attempting to write to an illegal 10
address (0x70)which lies in the 0x70protected address
range this could lead to system instability"
what does this mean and how can i fix this?
please help

You may need a BIOS update, this explains why:

ACPI BIOS Attempts to Write to Illegal IO Port Address [Q283649]

Check with your system vendor or motherboard manufacturer to see if one is
available, though it may not be necessary for the system to operate
normally.
