what is the cause of "dumping physical memory"...

if you are not shut down windows correct it will be happen. take it easy, it
doesn't hurt your system and your hardware.

Sometimes when Windows encounters an unrecoverable error, the current
contents of the memory range that caused the error will be dumped to log
before the system restarts. Read your Windows Help files to find out where
your memory dump is going, and how to read it.
