Is there any way can i convert access 2000 version file to
access 97 file
 
Hi,
If you have Access 2k, on the Tools menu there is a Convert database option.
If you mean can Access 97 do the conversion, then no it can't.

You should be able to by clicking on Tools->Database
Utilities -> Convert Database -> To Access97 Format
