Aborted Defrag Problem

Computer was turned off during defragmentation without first canceling the
process. Since then some data cannot be accessed or pieces are missing.
Have tried System Restore, but no luck. Any ideas anyone? Thanks...

You should use Disk CleanUp to Empty your Recycle Bin and
Remove Temporary Internet Files (in all User Profiles ). Then run chkdsk
before trying Disk Defragmenter again in Safe Mode.
