Abnormal keyboard device on the Device Manager

Hi! I'm trying to build XPe SP3 image for the desktop PC.
I found a abnormal keyboard device on the Device Manager in my XPe
image. The keyboard has exclamation mark.
The abnormal keyboard can be found when I check [Device Manager] -
[View] - [Show hidden devices].

This abnormal keyboard is found when I don't connect PS/2 keyboard to
the PC.
If I connect PS/2 keyboard, the keyboard work normal.

Below is the error message of the abnormal device.
 
I could solve abnormal keyboard issue by BIOS update.
The cause of this issue is BIOS.
