able to auth but when ping, timeout

I have this funny situation when I can auth and getting the IP address, but
when perform a ping, it always timeout

I had check the IP address, wins and DNS. all is correct

anyone have any idea?

I am assuming that your question is that you are able to make a RAS
connection to a RAS server but not able to ping the internal interface. This
may be because of the filters set on the RAS server interface which allows
only VPN traffic and rejects all other packets, ICMP being one of them.
