Ability to set the flag for not using a domain from target designer

I go to system properties computer name tab and choose
network id and change the radio button from uses domain
to does not use domain. How can I achieve this in target
designer?

Check out "Windows Logon (Standard)" component setting (domain specific fields).

Also you can remove "Domain Participation" or even "Netlogon/NetJoin" component from the Configuration.
