ABC does not work???

Any idea how to solve this? The message says: this language is not available.
When trying to solve it through TOOLS same messages is being displayed... No
other options are available in TOOLS. Anything else that may work?

Go to Tools>options>spelling tab, change the language selected to a
different one>apply,
Now set it back to English>apply>OK

Make sure you start from the Tools in the main screen, not the Tools in
the message compose screen.
