A8V won't boot -- overclock message -- please help!

Help! My A8V Deluxe was running fine with two 512 meg sticks. I added two
more, but the new memory would not run at DDR400 speeds so I removed them to
exchange for new ones. Now the machine won't POST. I get the voice message
saying that it won't start due to overclocking. (A little surprise to me
since I had not overclocked.) I've removed the battery and cleared the CMOS
with the jumper to no avail (power cord properly off) but I stilll can't
get the darned thing to come back up.

Any suggestions will be warmly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Solved! I had to put the slower memory back in; then the POST started and I
was able to get into the BIOS; F2 to restore default settings, save & exit,
shut down. Then remove the unwanted memory sticks, start up, POST OK, remake
all BIOS settings.
