A8V-E Deluxe keeps losing network connection

The network card on the motherboard keeps losing network connection during
large file transfers.

The only way to fix is to reboot.

Anyone know why this and how to fix?
 
Try this, In Control Panel/Device Manager right click the Marvel Network
then click Properties. Under Power Management uncheck " Allow the computer
to shut down ..........."
