A8N Deluxe Post Installation

I installed an A8N Deluxe, with a sata hd on nvid, sata raid0 on Sil. I
installed WinXP Pro on this and everything went fine.

However, after taking out the WinXP install disk and rebooted I get a
disk book failure from the BIOS screen.

But if I put the ASUS (bootable) driver disk in the machine it then
boots to WindowsXP without a problem.

Yes the bios is correctly setup to boot to the harddrive.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

1.What disk are you trying to use as the boot drive?

2. Do you have it selected in the BIOS hard drive boot menu?

3. Have you set it up properly in the SI3114 RAID BIOS?

My bet is on question # 2 as that has happened to me on a windows install
