Yes it does - if you have the fsb333 sticker on the southbridge chip. You
cannot use the 200MHz fsb Barton.
You will need bios version 1012.
However I suggest flashing to the latest bios BEFORE changing the processor
since earlier bioses don't recognise the Barton as such and refuse to flash
the bios with the Barton in place.
That being said, you get more "bang per buck" from a standard XP..
