A7N8X Deluxe and ethernet

Maybe someone can explain my situation. My computer detects an ethernet LAN
card which I suppose is the onboard 3COM NIC. Even though the CD says the
software is for a PCI NIC card, is that this one?? I tried to install it
and it went to DOS and I am not sure what happened from there. I get the
yellow question mark in the hardware list. Anyone know what I should do??

There are two onboard NICs - NVidia and 3Com. I have the NVidia one
turned off in the BIOS. The 3Com runs fine with the software from
the CD.

Highlight, remove and then reinstall.
