It is very difficult to find a printer less than 200 euro

What will you be using it for? I know it's A3, but what will you be
printing on it?

No need big quality, not at all fotos, I will be printing information
data to be posted in a notice board. I dnt care speed or resolution.
Just cheap .

I think that hp 9300 is the best for you.The cartridges can be refilled a
lot of times so you don't have to change them with new one.

I've had a look on eBay and there are quite a few A3 printers. I only found
one that will deliver outside of the UK and it looks to be within your price
range at the moment.

I suggest logging on to the eBay site that services your area and have a
look.
