Some program is trying to run from your floppy drive and
there is no disk in the drive. Windows "remembers"
locations for data, perhaps you opened a program that was on
a floppy and even though you are running from the hard drive
the program is trying to access the floppy.
You may want to notice what you're doing when the message
pops up, that should give you a clue.
