A utility to warn when an app launches another

Hi, I need an application that will warn me when an application tries
to launch another and ask for me permission to allow it or deny it,
and also allow me to set rules with a checkbox (allow/deny in future).
It's similar to the added functionality in kerio personal firewall 4,
but the added functionality is on available in the paid version.

Yes I know, but i thought it only did that for a month and then after
that the added functionality cease and it just becomes a basic
firewall. isn't this correct?

Oops, I had to check. Mine is less than a month on this machine.
