A tool which can join two PDF files ?

Do you know a tool which can join two PDF files ? I have made the first PDF
in Page Plus 9 (text) and the second one (presentation) in OpenOffice
Impress. Now I want to make complete publication joining 2 PDF files.

PDFTk can do this perfectly:
