a title, img title, fp-title

What's the difference between "a title", "img title", and "fp-title"? Do I need all three of them for a single interactive button?
 
Don't edit the html generated by the Interactive buttons
fp-title is the text on the button to generate the image
a and img titles are for the browser mouseovers
