A single invitation for multiple events

I am arranging 5 time slots and want to invite everyone to
attend one of the 5 meetings.

As far as I can see I can email everyone with the dates
and they put the appropriate entry in their calendar or I
send out 5 meeting requests and instruct them to accept
only one and their calendar is updated automatically.

Is there a way to use the plan a meeting functionality so
that everyone receives a single invite but has multiple
accept buttons and their calendar automatically updated?

Using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.
