A shortcut to Activate a screen saver

Hello, I have found out how to lock the computer,,,
%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

but I want to know how I can create a shortcut like this but start the
screen saver right away

That works... now the question is...
when I do this and there is a password for the screen saver.. how come it is
not invoked?
When I bring the screen saver out of "sleep"mode.. I should have to log in
if a password has been set
