a question about uploads and downloads

i dont know if anyone knows the web site called soundclick..but its for
uploading mp3 files that you have made. well my problem is, it wont let me
upload...it wont show how much has been uploaded and when it goes to the next
page it says the server cannot be found. some people say its my firewall
thats probably causing the problem. but i dont know where to go to be able to
fix that. and also i tried to download a song from the site and it only
downloaded half of the song....i dont know whats going on...can anyone help
me??

Check your system for malware before doing anything else. What firewall do
you have?
